The future of multi-analyte testing!
Biochip Array Technology (BAT) is a novel technology innovated by Randox. BAT is an immunoassay testing platform for the simultaneous multi-analyte testing of a panel of related tests.
After addition of a single patient sample to the biochip, analytes present in the sample bind to the specific ligands. The degree of binding is determined using a chemiluminescent light source and quantified using a Charge Coupled Device (CCD) camera and imaging system. Each biochip has 25 DTRs. Each DTR holds an individual test. This means that 23 tests can be carried out with two reserved for internal quality control, a unique Biochip Array Technology feature.
Randox offer three biochip analysers, the Evidence, Evidence Investigatorand the Evidence MultiStat. Each is suited to a different clinical setting. Whatever your testing need, Randox has it covered.
